The Alban Institute has a good article titled "Cleaning Up Bad Communication Habits." I plan to share this with the PPR Committee and anyone else I can get to read it. That said, I should emphasize that it isn't focused on pastor-parish relations, but is instead applicable to all of the many relationship that exist in a church.
